Our Machining Capabilities
- Water Jet Cutting – Plate cutting capacity up to 6″ thick on 4′ x 8′ table
- 10 Vertical and Horizontal CNC machining centers with 4th and 5th Axis capabilities and machine cube sizes up to 40″ on the Z axis, 40″ on the Y axis, and 96″ on the X axis
- 10 CNC Turning Centers with Live Tooling and C Axis spindle capabilities
- We also have Surface Grinding capabilities, and a wide range of conventional lathes and mills
Our Quality & Engineering Support
- Automated CMM with articulating and scanning capability. We can provide First Article Inspection Reports compliant with AS9102
- AutoDesk Inventor Cad, MasterCam CNC, and Brown & Sharpe PCDMIS programming systems
- Capable of working to IGES, STEP, DXF, DWG, PRT, and most other CAD file formats
Our Material Knowledge Base
Our team at Precision Machine Works has a deep knowledge base, with expertise in machining materials from the most common to the most exotic. Be it materials as soft as foam, as hard as inconel, as tough as TZM, as abrasize as 347 stainless, or anything in between, we have likely seen it before and have developed techniques to get the job done.
